In short: a traveller always has the right to open, inspect and refuse any parcel before accepting it. Senders must hand over parcels unsealed.
1. The traveller's right to inspect
Before accepting a parcel, the traveller may open it and check every item in the presence of the sender. The traveller may refuse the parcel, or any item in it, for any reason and without penalty.
2. What senders must do
Pack items so they can be opened and re-closed, describe the contents accurately in the listing, and carry receipts or prescriptions where relevant.
3. Hash-Move's role
Hash-Move is a directory. We verify identities and display listings, but we do not handle, transport or insure parcels and are not a party to any agreement between users.
